1. Toyota Prius C
The 2013 Toyota Prius C is one of the most in-demand vehicles in the United States. It is a constructed from lightweight materials to reduce the weight and is 19-inches shorter than the first Prius. The Ford Fusion has been rated by the EPA to get 47 miles per gallon in the city, on the highway and a combination. 4. Toyota Camry Hybrid
The 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid has a base price of $25,900 and comes with a lot of extra features such as power windows, remote key-less entry, air conditioning with a pollen filter, and an 8-way power driver seat. The Camry has a 2.5 liter, 4-cyclinder engine and 200 horsepower that will go from 0-60 in under 8 seconds. The Toyota Camry gets an average of 43 miles per gallon in the city and about 39 miles per gallon on the highway.
5. Honda Insight
The 2013 Honda Insight is being compared to the luxurious Lexus, but at a much more affordable price. The Insight has a base price of $18,350 and has been dubbed the most affordable hybrid. The insight has a 1.3 liter, 4-cyclinder engine and 98 horsepower. Features on the Insight include alloy wheels, heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals, Bluetooth hands-free system and leather wrapped steering wheel. The Honda Insight averages about 41 miles per gallon in the city and about 44 miles per gallon on the highway.
